Members sign up to do the following

- Donate containers for the flowers
- Create flower arrangements with Germaine
- Supply baked goods for the sale wrapped with appropriate decorations
- Pick up the tents
- Arrange for the table to be removed from the Barn and taken to the school yard
- Help to setup the tents and tables
- Price items
- Sales staff
- Check out – charge cards, cash & checks
- Return the tents
- Arrange for table to be returned to the Barn
