Guidelines for Hostesses
We are grateful that you volunteered to serve refreshments for the members of the Annisquam Sewing Circle during Prep Week. Prep Week is a wonderful time to visit with other members while decorating wreaths, creating boxwood trees and making table center pieces. The Hospitality Chair will send the hostess a reminder prior to their commitment day.
Hospitality – Prep Week for Christmas Fair
Two or more members each workshop day to provide beverages & food @ 8:30 a.m.

Please note:
Circle members are very grateful for your service. Food and beverages should be set up and ready to go by 8:30 a.m. Familiarize yourself with the coffee maker. Daily hostesses are responsible for cleaning up at the end of that day’s workshop. Take an inventory of the food from the previous day and plan accordingly.
